Quality Control Slide: Prepare
a gram stain slide of control organisms by suspending the organism in a drop of
saline, letting it dry, and gram staining it. Unknowns: When your control slide
is checked off you may gram stain and report organisms 1-8. You may take a stab
at the organism by looking them up in your text by culture source and gram stain
morphology. Look at the slide under oil immersion; do not worry about
quantification at this point of the semester.

Does this slide meet

clusters. E. coli is a fat gram negative rod. (GNR) SHOW ME! |
