This site has been created for anyone interested in this educational travel experience. We hope this provides more information about the places we will visit in Paris and the French countryside. PRE-TRIP SESSIONS: Our second pre-trip session is this coming Tuesday, May 1. This session is REQUIRED for all participants. We will tape this session for those of you who are not able to be there. The final sessions will be held on Tuesday, May 8. Our second session will be about Travel Tips, Travel Preparation and Cultural Sensitivity . We look forward to seeing you Tuesday evening in room 350, MATC Truax. Get more information about the sessions by going to the Sessions and Forms pages.
THANK YOU!: Thanks to all of you who have sent copies of your passports and the other required forms to us. We have received these forms from almost everyone. PROOF OF INSURANCE forms are the last form you need to get to us. See the item below for information about this.
PROOF OF HEALTH INSURANCE: Geoff Bradshaw, International Programs Coordinator, sent the following information to us regarding proof of health insurance. Please contact him if you have questions concerning what this entails. "Proof of insurance will need to show that coverage applies out of the country including hospitalization, emergency evacuation to USA, repatriation of remains, and regular illness coverage. You can either bring in the policy statement page that lists this coverage or include a signed letter from your insurance provider on insurance company letterhead. "

Some are in French only and others have English versions. Try the French sites to acquaint yourself with the language and find out what is going on the towns or cities where we will stay. Let us know what you think, too.

If you are planning on traveling with us in May, we recommend that you look into purchasing travel insurance. The linked page has links to the two type of travel insurance we think will work for you on this trip.
