Image Upload

The most common way to insert an image into Blackboard (Bb) is to use it's upload feature while creating your page.

In Bb's Control Panel, create a new page or folder. 

You will be prompted for the location of an image on your local disk drive. To tell Bb the location of the image, click "Browse" and then navigate to the file you want to bring into your page.

Special Action is usually set to "Display media within page." 

Press the "Submit" button and your image is copied to the Bb web server. This is called uploading! Bb can now "serve" out this image anytime it is requested by some "client" or user who is taking your course.
