Clipart

If images on the Internet are proprietary, how can we use the Image Tag method? One idea is to create an image directory which contains free or uncopyrighted clipart. Then we can access this directory whenever we need a particular image. Example: Math Clipart Repository. Also, we can check into ETLA's clipart repository. (See Herb Nelson or John Miller for more info.)

Any other ideas?
